Role Description This is a full-time, Night Shift on-site role for a Canada US Flatbed Dispatcher, office located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Flatbed Dispatcher will be responsible for Book Outbound and Inbound loads, scheduling and coordinating flatbed Loads deliveries, managing routes, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods. This role entails constant communication with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to handle any issues that arise and to optimize the logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Book Loads – Secure profitable freight loads for our trucks. Sales Strategy – Develop and implement effective sales plans. Client Handling – Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and shippers. Negotiation & Coordination – Ensure competitive rates and smooth load scheduling. Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize company revenue.
