Faculty in Applied Sciences for Engineering College

We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and experienced faculty members to join our Applied Sciences department, subjects PHYSICS CHEMISTRY AND MATHEMATICS. The ideal candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, developing academic content, conducting research, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the institution.

:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate programs in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, laboratory manuals, and other academic content in alignment with curriculum standards.
• Conduct tutorials, workshops, and remedial classes for students.
• Supervise laboratory activities, projects, and student research work.
• Participate in curriculum development, syllabus framing, and examination processes.
• Engage in scholarly research, paper publication, and academic conferences.
• Provide academic and career counselling to students as required.
• Contribute to departmental and institutional committees and extracurricular activities.
• Ensure continuous student assessment through quizzes, assignments, mid-terms, and final exams.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.

QUALIFICATION :

• M.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics from a recognized university.

• NET / SET / Ph.D. (preferred as per UGC norms)

• Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience for Assistant Professor role.
• 5+ years including research/publications for Associate Professor or Professor roles.

• Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity.
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
• Research aptitude with experience in academic publishing.
• Mentoring and counselling abilities.
• Team player with leadership potential for departmental initiatives.
