Role Overview: As a Faculty Food Production at UEI Global, your primary responsibility will be to teach food production and culinary-related subjects to students. You will be required to prepare and deliver practical and theoretical lessons, evaluate student progress, and mentor them for industry readiness. Additionally, you will play a key role in curriculum development, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to maintain academic and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Teach food production and culinary-related subjects to students - Prepare and deliver practical and theoretical lessons - Evaluate student progress and provide mentorship for industry readiness - Contribute to curriculum development - Stay updated on industry trends - Collaborate with other departments to maintain academic and operational excellence Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Food Production, Culinary Arts, and Kitchen Management - Experience in hospitality education, including lesson planning, curriculum design, and student assessment - Proficiency in practical and theoretical teaching methodologies - Effective communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills - Industry experience in hotel kitchens or culinary institutions preferred - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is advantageous,
