Job Title: Factory Stores Supervisor

Location: Machennahalli - 3rd Cross

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Factory Stores Supervisor to manage and maintain our inventory. The candidate should ensure accurate stock records, timely data entry, and smooth material handling. Proficiency in Excel, good communication skills in Kannada, and a two-wheeler for local coordination are mandatory.

• Maintain correct stock levels and update inventory records regularly as a Factory Stores Supervisor.
• Make sure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly recorded.
• Enter daily stock details in Excel and keep reports updated.
• Check material movement and inform the team when stock is low.
• Coordinate with the production and purchase teams for material needs as part of the Factory Stores Supervisor role.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and well organized at all times.
• Do physical stock checking regularly and match it with records.
• Track daily material usage, wastage, and returned items.
• Receive materials from suppliers and check quantity and quality as per documents.
• Prepare GRN, stock reports, and other store documents required by the Factory Stores Supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in store or inventory work is preferred for a Factory Stores Supervisor.
• Must know how to use Excel for data entry and basic formulas.
• Should maintain proper records and follow company procedures.
• Must speak Kannada.
• Must have a two-wheeler for store-related work.
• Should be careful, organized, and pay attention to details.
• Must be willing to work in a factory environment.
