Factory Store Manager

​📦 Store Management (Incharge) ​Inventory Control:​Maintain accurate records of all bag-making raw materials (fabrics, zippers, buckles, threads, lining, etc.) and finished goods in the store/warehouse. ​Implement and manage a robust inventory system (e.g., FIFO/LIFO, minimum stock levels, reorder points). ​Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile them with system records. ​Warehouse Operations:​Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials to the production department. ​Ensure materials are stored safely, securely, and in compliance with all safety regulations. ​Optimize the store layout for efficient material handling and retrieval. ​Manage and supervise store staff (if applicable). ​Documentation:​Prepare and process material requisition slips, goods receipt notes (GRN), and material issue notes. ​Generate regular reports on stock status, consumption, and discrepancies. ​🤝 Procurement Management (Incharge) ​Sourcing and Vendor Management:​Identify, evaluate, and select reliable local and international suppliers for various bag materials. ​Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value while maintaining quality. ​Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and monitor their performance. ​Purchasing & Planning:​Coordinate with the production planning team to determine material needs based on manufacturing schedules and forecasts. ​Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and promptly. ​Track the status of open orders to ensure on-time delivery. ​Manage logistics and transport arrangements for incoming materials. ​Quality and Cost Control:​Ensure all procured materials meet the required quality standards and specifications for bag production. ​Actively seek opportunities for cost reduction without compromising material quality.
