Factory Sales Support

As a Factory Sales Support Specialist at Hitachi Energy, you will be an integral part of the Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC), with the primary goal of developing a global value chain. This value chain aims to optimize value for Hitachi Energy customers across various markets by sharing key business activities, resources, and expertise across geographic boundaries. Specifically, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Transformer Business for the Dry Transformer Factory in Korea throughout the sales process. Your role will involve providing support in various areas to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process. This includes assisting in product marketing support by helping determine the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions for customers. You will also be responsible for managing the preparation of all technical, financial, and project management aspects of bids, estimates, and quotations. Additionally, you will identify potential risks in bids, quotations, and contracts, providing information for the Risk Review process. Market intelligence will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will be analyzing sales reports and gathering essential marketing data to support decision-making processes. It will also be your duty to collect and archive documentation related to offers and orders, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. To excel in this role, you should have a major in Electrical Engineering qualification and 2-3 years of experience in a sales and marketing function within the transformer manufacturing industry. Proficiency in using ERP/SAP and SFDC is essential, along with excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of the Korean language will be an added advantage. You should possess a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
