Factory Manager

• Experience Required:

  7 to 12 years of experience in FMCG/Food Processing, with strong exposure to snacks/ Namkeen production.

• Education:

  B. Tech /Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations of the snacks and Namkeen manufacturing facility.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  FSSAI regulations, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

  .
• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve output, efficiency, and cost targets.
  
• Maintain and improve machinery efficiency through

  preventive and predictive maintenance

  .
• Lead and supervise factory staff, ensuring training, discipline, safety, and productivity.
  
• Oversee procurement and inventory management of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
  
• Implement workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  
• Drive

  continuous improvement initiatives

  to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize processes.
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Distribution teams to align production with market demand.
  
• Prepare and present periodic

  MIS and performance reports

  to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and

  team management

  abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the

  FMCG/Food Processing sector

  (snacks/namkeen preferred).
• Expertise in

  production planning, process control, and quality management systems

  .
• Good understanding of

  supply chain, procurement, and inventory management

  .
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges effectively.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
