Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Executive / Manager to manage the production operations of our cosmetic unit. The role includes overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining quality control processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the manufacturing of cosmetics and chemical. Key Responsibilities- · Oversee day-to-day production operations for cosmetic and skincare. · Ensure compliance with FSSAI, DCD, BIS, and Drugs & Cosmetics Act standards · Supervise the manufacturing and quality control of formulations including vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes, and herbal ingredients · Coordinate with R&D and NPD teams to support innovation and launch of new products · Maintain production efficiency, safety standards, and inventory control · Manage production staff and ensure smooth coordination with other departments · Prepare and maintain regulatory documents, batch records, and SOPs · Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions · Support audits, inspections, and certifications as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bawana, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 19/06/2025
