Designation : Factory Manager

Experience : Minimum 5 years to 10 years

Location : Vasai

Industry: Food products Manufacturing / FMCG

About the Company

This company is a growing FMCG and Makhana manufacturing company known for quality products, strong distribution, and operational excellence.

Profile Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Overall responsibility for factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.
Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet business targets.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards, quality norms, and statutory compliances (FSSAI, GMP, hygiene, safety).
Manage manpower including supervisors, operators, contract labour, and staff.
Monitor and control production costs, wastage, and yield improvement.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Supply Chain, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and factory acts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, process optimization).
Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and audit readiness.
Handle audits, inspections, and certifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Food Technology or relevant discipline.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of production planning, food safety, and quality systems.
Experience handling large shop-floor teams and contract labour.
Good understanding of labour compliances and statutory requirements.
Leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Package - upto 50,000 per month. Pl. dont apply if expectation on higher side
