Role & responsibilities Quality Assurance & Quality Control in Fabrication & Machining Area * Prepare Quality Assurance Plan as per Customer Requirement and Standards. * Carry out Incoming Quality Control Inspection for Raw Material & Structural Material as per Customer Requirements & Standards * Carry out Stage wise Inspection as per QAP for Fabricated & Machined Components * Inspection of Supplier/Vendor Jobs as per Drawing & Customer Requirements * Attend Customer In process/Final Inspection * Prepare Incoming, In process & Final Inspection stage related Reports and submit to customers as & when required * Prepare & Submit Component wise Weld book to customers * Co-ordinate for Destructive Testing Process with NABL Lab * Carry out Internal ISO Audit * Attend External ISO Audit
Role & responsibilities Production Supervision & Planning * Prepare Daily Work Plan and Assigning work to the Operators * Ensure Timely completion of work activity as per Plan * Overseeing the Production Processes and putting the effective Controls to demonstrate continuous Improvements * Contractor Management * Issuance of Material from store * Timely Updation of shop floor activity (as per Schedule) and escalation of any issue on shop floor * Deliver the Output as per Organization set KPI * Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation)
