Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Vapi. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and overseeing manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Operations Management skills
• Quality Control and Production Management skills
• Experience in Manufacturing Operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of taxation is a plus.
• Ability to manage the operations as a profit centre
• Excellent man management skill
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
