You will be responsible for handling all general operation activities related to Production and synchronizing the Production cycle with other departments as required. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving goals with better quality, improving processes, and increasing operational efficiency. As a strong leader and team player, you must possess excellent motivational skills to sustain forward growth momentum and drive peak individual performance from team members. Your proficiency in enhancing process operations and ensuring the required quality level in products is essential.
