As a Manufacturing Supervisor at Purplle, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards. Your primary duties will include monitoring raw material usage, ensuring product batch consistency, and conducting routine testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborating with the Quality Assurance team, you will troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. It will be essential for you to ensure that all production processes comply with regulatory standards for cosmetics, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of formulations, production batches, and testing results for audits and regulatory purposes. Your attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping will play a crucial role in upholding quality standards within the manufacturing operations.
