Facility Supervisor

The Facility Supervisor oversees all facility operations of office and director’s property a situated at specific site, ensuring the building, equipment, and grounds are safe, functional, compliant, and efficiently managed. This role coordinates maintenance activities, supervises staff, manages vendors, supports site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations & Maintenance
• Manage day-to-day facility operations for the assigned site.
• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards, inefficiencies, or repair needs.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns, facility issues, and emergencies.
• Vendor & Contractor Management
• Source, coordinate, and supervise onsite service providers (security, cleaning, landscaping, repairs).
• Review and negotiate contracts, track performance, and ensure service-level compliance.
• Oversee onsite project work such as renovations, installations, and upgrades.
• Ensure the site complies with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement emergency preparedness, evacuation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain documentation for inspections, permits, and compliance records.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Assist in developing and managing the site facility budget.
• Track operating expenses, approve service invoices, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain inventories of tools, supplies, and facility-related equipment.
• Space Planning & Workplace Support
• Coordinate space allocation, workspace modifications.
• Ensure optimal workplace conditions for productivity and comfort.
• Staff Supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
