Facility Supervisor

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance and support of buildings, grounds, and facility systems. This includes overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. You will supervise facility staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to custodians and maintenance technicians. Additionally, you will schedule and supervise preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure all work meets established service and quality standards. Your role will also involve developing and managing facility budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance by conducting regular inspections and implementing safety protocols. Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for specialized services will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure quality and compliance with contracts.
