Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher with a strong understanding of the English language topics and concepts. Responsibilities 1. Implementing lesson plans as per the grade levels. 2. Planning various teaching strategies so that students understand the concept better. 3. Delivering English language lectures. 4. Planning and arranging students for the language experiments. 5. Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil’s educational needs 6. Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans 7. Engaging the student’s interest in the classroom. 8. Evaluating student’s examination grade and progress. 9. Facilitating interactive learning sessions. 10. Attending educational workshops and training sessions. 11. Paying extra attention to the low achieving students. 12. Attending parent-teacher meetings and sharing feedback on the student’s progress 13. Performing administrative tasks as and when required. Required Educational Qualifications : · Master’s degree in English · B.Ed. / M.Ed. mandatory Work Experience : 5+ years’ experience working with a reputed school Personal Traits Required · Professional, Proactive and Self-initiator. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Keen to strive for career excellence. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
