Facility Service Associate

You are looking to hire a Mechanical Engineering Fresher to join as a TL facilities for the store based out of Aurangabad. The role involves being responsible for the upkeep of Automated Equipments, Infrastructure, and Resources. You will need to adhere to compliances, execute contracts with service providers, and deliver as per SLA to contribute to overall profitability and achieve company objectives. Coordinating CM & PM activities, reviewing and addressing faults, ensuring minimum TAT for HVAC, Electrical & Mechanical faults, assisting in safety audits, certifying vendor invoices, performing store audits, participating in HOTO activities, establishing safety systems, and conducting vendor performance reviews are key responsibilities.
