Facility Planning Installation and Commissioning Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for R&D facility planning, project management, and budget control. Your role will involve indirect procurement for AMC, spares, and Capex related activities. Additionally, you will drive adherence to practices for budget planning following the ZBB philosophy, conduct spend analysis, and provide management reporting. Project management activities will include setting up testing and evaluation facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize sourcing expertise in logistics and vendor management, including negotiating and influencing skills to ensure compliance to contracts - Apply knowledge of international business concepts such as L/C, INCO Terms, and Custom Clearance - Demonstrate strong analytical skills for spend analysis and management reporting, using advanced Excel functions and Power Point for data analysis and visualization - Exhibit financial acumen by understanding indirect and direct taxation and its impact on the sourcing cycle, staying aware of changing rules, and its implications - Utilize project management skills for stakeholder management, planning facilities layout, monitoring project installation & commissioning plan, and adhering to safety aspects - Demonstrate general competencies such as conceptual understanding of processes, task orientation, quality consciousness, process-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach Qualification Required: - B.E./B.TECH. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
