About the Role:

Facility Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  day-to-day facility operations

  across client sites.
• Manage and monitor

  housekeeping, security, pantry, and other facility services.

• Handle

  manpower sourcing, training, deployment, and performance management.

• Ensure smooth

  onboarding and supervision

  of housekeeping and facility staff.
• Maintain

  attendance, compliance, and statutory records.

• Act as a key point of contact for

  clients, vendors, and stakeholders

  to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
• Monitor and control

  inventory, consumables, and vendor payments.

• Implement

  standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Conduct

  regular audits, inspections, and training sessions

  for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with management for

  budgeting, cost control, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Hospitality / Facility Management or related field.
  
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in Facility & Hospitality Operations.
• Strong knowledge of

  manpower management, housekeeping, and compliance.

• Excellent

  client handling and vendor management

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, reporting, and operational MIS.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Willingness to

  travel to client sites

  as per business needs.
