Job Description

Facility Operations & Maintenance - Oversee day-to-day operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are in place and executed effectively.
Vendor & Contract Management - Manage service providers for housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and technical maintenance. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Health, Safety & Compliance - Ensure all facilities meet legal, health, and safety requirements. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Space & Asset Management - Optimize space utilization and support office reconfiguration, relocations, and expansion projects. o Manage inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure operational continuity.
Budgeting & Cost Control - Prepare and manage the annual facility budget, including capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX). Track expenses and identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Team Leadership - Supervise and guide in-house maintenance staff and external contractors. Provide training, performance reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Crisis & Emergency Management - Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
Act as the point of contact during facility-related emergencies (e.g., power outages, safety incidents)
