Facility & Line Clearance Manager

What you'll do:

• Manage

  preventive and breakdown maintenance

  for all plant machinery, utilities (HVAC, water systems), and infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce robust

  line clearance procedures

  to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product integrity.
• Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to

  cGMP and ISO standards

  .
• Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
• Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• 3-12 years of proven experience

  in facility and/or line clearance management within a

  pharmaceutical company

  .
• Strong understanding of

  GMP, ISO standards

  , and relevant regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Prior experience in the armed forces or other disciplined civilian sectors is a strong plus.
