Manager - Facility & Line Clearance (Maintenance)

We're looking for an experienced Facility & Line Clearance Manager to join our Maintenance team in Karnal. You'll be responsible for ensuring our pharmaceutical plant runs smoothly, from machinery upkeep to strict line clearance protocols.

What you'll do:

• Manage all facility maintenance (HVAC, utilities, building infrastructure).
• Implement and enforce line clearance procedures to prevent contamination and mix-ups.
• Lead and develop our maintenance team.
• Ensure full GMP and ISO compliance in all operations.
• Manage budgets and optimize maintenance processes.

What you'll bring:

• 3-12 years of proven experience in facility and/or line clearance management within a pharmaceutical company.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and relevant regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)- Preferred
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the armed forces or other disciplined civilian sectors is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
