Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage
end-to-end facility management and O&M operations
across multiple sites.
Ensure
SLA and SOP compliance
, operational efficiency, and service quality across all locations.
Oversee
procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management
for smooth operations.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, ensuring timely billing, cost control, and service excellence.
Drive
Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
execution and adherence to budgetary targets.
Lead
large, cross-functional teams
, promoting a high-performance culture.
Ensure
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
compliance, conduct audits, and implement safety initiatives.
Develop
MIS dashboards
, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with
authorities, vendors, and estate management
to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct
regular training, audits, and site visits
to maintain operational excellence.

Qualification & Experience

B.E./B.Tech
in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Energy Engineering (
MBA preferred
).
1525 years
of experience in Facility Management, O&M, or Infrastructure Operations, preferably with
multi-site exposure
.
Proven experience in
team leadership, budgeting, client management, and vendor control
.
Strong
analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
.
