Job Description

Oversee day-to-day
facility operations
including civil, electrical, plumbing, MEP, and housekeeping coordination.
Monitor and manage
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of building assetsDG sets, HVAC units, lifts, pumps, fire-fighting systems, STP/WTP, and common areas.
Conduct regular
site inspections
to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely rectification.
Coordinate with
vendors, contractors, and AMC partners
for technical services and repair works.
Handle
resident/tenant complaints
, log them properly, and ensure timely resolution through respective teams.
Review and verify
maintenance checklists, PPM schedules, material consumption
, and work permits.
Prepare and maintain
DPRs, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and facility MIS
for management.
Ensure all facility operations follow
safety standards, SOPs, and compliance norms
for residential and commercial premises.
Supervise technicians across
civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing
, and housekeeping functions as needed.
Support in
budgeting, planning, and cost control
for facility maintenance works.
Coordinate with security, housekeeping, fire & safety, and admin teams to ensure seamless operations.
