We have a job opening for Facility Administration:

Location: Bangalore(Electronic City)

Role & responsibilities

• Managing office admin activities

• Non-IT procurement & other monthly office requirements

Facilities

• Maintaining monthly MIS tracker & supporting docs for ISO 9001:2015 standards for quality management

Housekeeping,

Supervisor, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber and other general contractors.

• Event Management - Handling event operations for our client across India arrangement in 5 star hotel

banquet, booking boardroom, finding Croma studio & arranging for advertising shoots.

• Travel Desk Domestic & Overseas Flight booking for employees & clients. Hotel Stay booking, Tourist & Business Visa process & documentation, buying Travel insurance policy, activating INT roaming package for official network.

• Credit Cards payment facilitating to employees & clients for application purchase, other online platform procurement for internal teams.
