Facilities Manager Technical

Role Overview: As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for advanced facilities work in regulated spaces within the Facilities Management functional area. Your role will involve playing a crucial part in the operations of a set of assets, providing support to Property Managers on repairs and investment plans. You will be instrumental in managing painting and patchwork projects, conducting major repairs on architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows, overseeing the installation of various items like shelving and coat hooks, and serving as the main point of contact for front-line clients for diverse requests. Additionally, you will coordinate with trades personnel for maintenance tasks and apply your knowledge of standard principles and techniques to solve routine problems efficiently.
