As a Facilities Executive, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations and infrastructure of our manufacturing unit. **Role Overview:** As a Facilities Executive at Dameasy Consumer Products, your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our factory. You will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and managing the blue-collar workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance. - Coordinate with security, housekeeping, pest control, and utility vendors to ensure seamless functioning. - Monitor maintenance schedules, track service contracts, and ensure preventive upkeep of assets. - Supervise blue-collar staff across maintenance, security, and sanitation, ensuring attendance, discipline, and performance. - Conduct regular facility audits to ensure readiness for safety, health, and compliance checks. - Monitor security footage, manage access control, and handle incident escalation and documentation. - Collaborate with manufacturing and admin teams to address operational needs and resolve facility issues. - Track utility usage (power, water, compressed air) and implement energy efficiency improvements. - Maintain documentation logs, maintenance records, and vendor contracts for audit and compliance purposes. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in facility or plant management, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing industry. - Strong leadership skills with hands-on execution and effective vendor coordination. - Familiarity with compliance, safety standards, and general infrastructure systems. - Working knowledge of spreadsheets and reporting formats.
