Facilities Engineer

Purpose/Objective

The role is responsible for overseeing the technical operations, maintenance, and compliance of all electrical and mechanical systems within Adani Realty’s building infrastructure. This role ensures regular checks, upkeep, and audit compliance for air quality, fire safety systems, plumbing, and overall building operations. The incumbent will also handle equipment and asset management, follow maintenance protocols, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Facilities Administrator Building Operations & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Ensure smooth operation of HVAC, air quality systems, and fire safety equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, plumbing issues, and emergency breakdowns. Maintain audit records, maintenance logs, and compliance checklists. Fire & Safety Compliance: Ensure fire safety systems are operational, including alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and evacuation systems. Conduct regular fire drills, testing, and maintenance to meet safety regulations. Oversee compliance with building safety codes and risk mitigation measures. Asset & Equipment Management: Maintain building assets, ensuring all electrical and mechanical equipment is registered, serviced, and tracked. Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for critical infrastructure. Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and essential supplies for repairs and maintenance. Compliance & Protocol Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hard services. Ensure compliance with electrical safety, building codes, and statutory regulations. Support audits and reporting on infrastructure health and maintenance activities. Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. Work Experience (Range of years): 5-7 Years Preferred Industry: Experience in building maintenance, facility management, and technical operations. Knowledge of HVAC, fire safety systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and compliance standards.
