Job Description

Role Overview: You are a proactive and tech-savvy Facilities Associate specializing in Applications and Software. Your role involves utilizing your software engineering background to support facilities operations in a dynamic environment within the PGRE/Facilities team. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary contact for managing facilities applications like Pep@Work, Corrigo, iLobby, Avuity Occupancy Sensors, Foodbook, MoveInSync, etc. - Operate, troubleshoot, and extract data from these platforms to facilitate facilities operations. - Address IT tickets raised by the Facilities department effectively. - Assist in general facilities management tasks including office rounds, hygiene checks, and event coordination. - Support team initiatives and fulfill ad hoc operational needs as a collaborative team player. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in a technical or facilities support role.
