As the Facade Design Lead at V3 Faade Design Studio in Thane, a renowned facade design consultancy firm, you will have the opportunity to lead the design team in delivering innovative and high-quality design solutions for various projects including Commercial, IT Parks, Residential, Private Villas, Hospitals, Hospitality, and Data Centers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor the facade design team, fostering innovation and technical excellence. - Develop conceptual and detailed designs for facade systems based on project requirements. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment of design solutions with project goals. - Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and structural calculations. - Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project constraints. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines. - Stay updated on advancements in facade technologies, materials, and construction methods. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - Proficiency in facade design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino. - Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, materials, and engineering principles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Capacity to handle multiple projects and collaborate with diverse teams. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - Minimum of 7 years of experience in facade design with a proven track record of successful project execution. - Professional certifications like LEED accreditation or equivalent are advantageous. - Demonstrated portfolio showcasing facade design projects.
