Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Modeler with experience in façade drafting, 3D modeling, and quantity estimation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of façade systems and construction detailing. Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate façade drawings and details using Revit and AutoCAD. Prepare façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details. Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs. Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure drawing accuracy. Maintain and update Revit models as per design changes and client feedback. Support the design team in developing façade concepts into detailed technical outputs. Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and project timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 year of experience in façade drafting using Revit. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, and glazing. Knowledge of quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in façade execution or site coordination is an added advantage. Knowledge of international façade standards and practices. Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
