Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Modeler with experience in façade drafting, 3D modeling, and quantity estimation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of façade systems and construction detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate façade drawings and details using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare façade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
• Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Maintain and update Revit models as per design changes and client feedback.
• Support the design team in developing façade concepts into detailed technical outputs.
• Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in façade drafting using Revit.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, and glazing.
• Knowledge of quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in façade execution or site coordination is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of international façade standards and practices.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
