Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revit Modeler located in Thane. The Revit Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit software. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring the accuracy of façade design models, and performing revisions as required. Additionally, the role involves coordinating within a team to meet project deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards in façade modeling and detailing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software
• Strong understanding of façade design, detailing, and structural concepts
• Skills in interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
• Attention to detail and ability to work on precise, accurate designs
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working on façade design or related projects is an advantage
