Key Responsibilities

Convert 2D CAD drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP) into accurate 3D BIM models using Revit or similar platforms.

Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure BIM deliverables align with design intent and project requirements.

Perform model quality checks, clash detection, and data validation.

Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific modeling standards.

Manage and maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycles from design development to construction documentation.

Train and mentor junior BIM engineers and drafters on CAD-to-BIM best practices.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to define BIM deliverables and timelines.

Evaluate and recommend improvements to BIM processes and practices across all projects.

Review and validate model data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's (or advanced) Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in BIM

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of BIM codes, standards, and best practices.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
