Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Crew Leader to oversee and manage our fabrication team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication processes, with the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise fabrication team members to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Plan and coordinate daily work activities and assignments for the fabrication crew.
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the team.
Monitor and maintain equipment and tools used in the fabrication process to ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to align fabrication activities with project goals.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment, including welding machines, cutting tools, and hand tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in fabrication work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
Problem-solving abilities to address fabrication challenges and improve processes.
