Description We are seeking an experienced SAP SF Techno Functional Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of SAP SuccessFactors, enabling them to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll solutions according to best practices. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP SF EC and Payroll. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SF EC and other HR modules. Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionalities and enhancements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SF EC and Payroll issues post-implementation. Prepare and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user training materials. Skills and Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll. Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate with SAP SF modules. Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors configurations and best practices for EC and Payroll. Experience with data migration and integration tools related to SAP SF. Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations in India. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
