About the Role We are looking for an experienced leader to lead and grow our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in backend and frontend development, proven experience in managing high performing teams, and the ability to build scalable, reliable, and customer-focused applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers across backend, frontend, and app development.

• Drive end-to-end ownership of product development from requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, to deployment.

• Define technical strategy and architecture in collaboration with product and business teams.

• Ensure best practices in coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.

• Drive engineering excellence with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning within the team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements

• 8–15 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in people management/leadership roles.

• Strong academic background — B.Tech/B.E. is mandatory.

• Hands-on expertise in backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar).

• Solid experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and mobile app development (Android/iOS/Flutter/React Native)

. • Proven experience in designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices, and APIs.

• Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Ability to balance technical leadership with people management.
