EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance practice supports global EY client-serving teams across various industry sectors. As a Senior in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice, you will provide advisory services including accounting and regulatory support for accounting change and special matters, as well as accounting processes and controls support. Your role will involve supporting teams of FAAS professionals in executing Finance Transformation solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Supporting the FAAS team in executing Finance Transformation solutions - End to end process study, identifying gaps, and making recommendations - Designing finance target operating models and defining business and process models - Executing technology-led enterprise transformation projects - Capturing reporting requirements, architecting solutions, and delivering reports - Designing intuitive and interactive reports/dashboards using Power BI - Participating in the development of proposals for offerings and supporting high-quality consulting services to clients - Contributing to the creation of new services, tools, and materials - Supporting the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies Qualifications, skills, and experience required: - Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK) with 0-5 years of relevant experience - MBA degree is a plus - Experience in Finance transformation, process optimization projects - Project experience across Finance Transformation, System Implementation - Exposure to finance operating model design, service management, and performance management - System exposure in functional side, implementation side, or optimization side (e.g., SAP, Oracle) - Certified in project management or agile management - Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English - Willingness to travel globally for client engagements - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to present complex information clearly - Experience working on multiple projects under tight deadlines - Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% to 80% of the time EY is committed to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, and building trust in the capital markets.
