Job Description

5+ years of experience in F&A - GL activities
Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals (e.g. Revenue Recognition), Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with retained team, training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Interaction with the client - Governance calls
SLA adherence
Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

Knowledge/Experience

Expertise in Core Accounting such as Balance Sheet, Month Close, technology and tools
Complex Accounting
Project experience on process improvements
Excellent communication skills
MS Office skills

Qualifications
