Job Description

F&A – Record-to-Report Tower Leader

Chennai

  • CA(Chartered accountants with 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in MNC (BPO or Captive)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end R2R processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc

Secondary Skills:

  • Strong domain knowledge in Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) with prior BPO experience.
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC) and tools like Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx.
  • Excellent soft skills: stakeholder management, presentation, articulation, and multitasking.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, KPI governance, audits, and business contract management.
  • Expertise in project management, transition, and process transformation initiatives.
