Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F & B Service Captain to join our team at HOTEL VIDYA RESIDENCY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supervise and train staff members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an F & B Service Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
