Job Title: EYP Homeroom Teacher Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0 - 15 Years Joining: Immediate to Maximum 30 Days About the Role: We are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Years Programme (EYP) Homeroom Teachers to join our dynamic team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of English, a love for young learners, and a deep understanding of child-centric teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for children aged 3-7. Implement developmentally appropriate practices using Play-way , and exposure to Reggio Emilia , Waldorf , or Primrose approaches. Treat the environment as a co-teacher , ensuring a rich, sensory, and stimulating learning atmosphere. Observe and assess childrens learning and development, maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and execute meaningful activities. Participate in school events, parent meetings, and workshops as needed. Be present for in-person demo classes during the selection process. Requirements: Teaching Certification (Completed/Pursuing/Enrolled) is mandatory. Candidates must be currently residing in Bangalore . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Passionate about early childhood education and child development. Must be familiar with progressive teaching methodologies such as Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, or similar. Willingness to join within 0-30 days of offer. Must be available for an on-campus teaching demonstration .
