Job Title:

ESM Governance Officer Expense Management

Location: Chennai

Experience: 7+ years

Employment Type:

Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position Summary:

ESM Governance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Reporting

Lead the governance process for
third-party contract renewals
and
spend approvals
Build and industrialise governance models for improved cost control and transparency
Formalise and document management decisions and drive action item closure

Stakeholder & Project Management

Collaborate with global stakeholders (CIB, Procurement, Finance, etc.)
Work with ESM SPOCs and support business-driven third-party requirements
Prepare and deliver
C-suite level presentations
and reporting dashboards

Data & Analytics

Design, analyse, and publish complex
expense reports
and
performance metrics
Use
Power BI
and other tools for visualisation and dashboarding
Collaborate with IT teams to automate reporting workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

Data Analytics

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalents)
(Masters degree / Certification in Data Analytics / Project Management is a plus)
