Your responsibilities will include: Responsible for building web applications using Single Page Application (SPA) paradigm. Develop software solution using industry best practice, in the area of security & perform in a web & SOA environment. Effectively develop in a clean, well structured & easily maintainable format. Participate in the full SDLC with requirements, solution design, development & QA. Create and maintain responsive UI across devices Code and deploy front-end using various JS libraries, CSS and HTML5 Develop and integrate front-end code with the platforms backend Provide accurate timelines on work Maintain a high awareness of industry trends with respect to providing superior user experience across a wide family of devices Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts Assists in defining software architectures – Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, learns the applications capabilities Communicates continually with the project teams – Explains progress on the development effort Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies You should have: Should have worked in distributed agile model and continuous integration Experience on Test Driven Development techniques Should have at least 8 years of experience in required technology (JavaScript, ANGULAR 2 & above/NODE) Should have little background about the web technologies available in the market Understanding of API workflow with authentication process Understanding of the Technology stack (e.g. NodeJS, Angular, MongoDB) Understanding and hands on TTD / CI/ CD AWS knowledge will be an added advantage Experience working with Angular version 2 and above and Node JS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

You will be responsible for developing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable backend applications using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and associated frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug complex issues. You are expected to continuously learn and keep up to date with best practices and better technologies. You will work closely with the UI/UX designer and help bridge the gap between User experience design and technical implementation. Experience in Database Design and REST API setup using PostgreSQL and NodeJS. Proficiency in integrating third party services using NodeJS, Axios and third party SDKs Hands-on experience working with Database migrations, Cron jobs and Job queue systems. Role & responsibilities : Develop and maintain backend services for a mobile application backend in Node.js. Build and integrate robust RESTful APIs using Express.js. Design and optimize databases using MySQL and manage MongoDB where required. Maintain and improve existing PHP-based systems as needed. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable backend code. Use Node.js ecosystem packages such as jsonwebtoken, bcrypt, multer, express-validator, etc. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OTP, etc.). Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams to integrate APIs effectively. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or Swagger to ensure reliability and performance. Participate in debugging, unit testing, and bug fixing. Manage application deployments on AWS (basic familiarity is sufficient). Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and ongoing backend improvements. Preferred candidate profile : Proficient in Node.js and Express.js. Solid understanding of REST API architecture and best practices. Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Insomnia, or similar. Good knowledge of MySQL and familiarity with MongoDB. Familiar with maintaining PHP applications. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Comfortable with version control systems like Git. Basic understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3) is a plus. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Docker and containerization. Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
