As an International Business Head at our company, your role will involve driving global expansion, with a primary focus on the USA and Canada food industry markets. Your strategic mindset, leadership skills, and proven track record in sales growth will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate business opportunities in international markets, especially the USA and Canada - Develop strategic market entry and growth plans - Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research in the food industry - Develop and implement international sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, distributors, and partners globally - Lead, mentor, and manage international sales teams for performance excellence - Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and agreements for global expansion - Prepare and manage budgets for international operations - Track and analyze financial performance metrics for growth opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications: - Masters degree in International Business, Marketing, or an MBA - 15+ years of experience in international business development, global sales, or market expansion - 5 years of specific experience in the USA/Canada food industry market (Mandatory) - Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and managing P&L responsibilities for international markets - Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work across diverse cultures and build long-term global partnerships - Experience in leading cross-functional international teams - Proficiency in multiple languages The company operates in the Exports department and requires candidates aged 38 and above. The job is full-time and permanent with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in Noida, with a day shift schedule and in-person work setup.
