As an International Business Head at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving our global expansion efforts, particularly focusing on the USA and Canada food industry markets. Your extensive experience and strategic mindset will be instrumental in leading international business development and achieving sales growth targets. Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating business opportunities in international markets, conducting thorough market research and analysis, developing and implementing international sales strategies, managing client and partner relationships, leading and mentoring international sales teams, negotiating contracts and agreements, overseeing budgeting and financial operations, and monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you must possess a Masters degree in International Business, Marketing, or an MBA, along with at least 15 years of experience in international business development and global sales. Specific experience of 5 years in the USA/Canada food industry market is mandatory. Your proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management, coupled with exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, will be key to your success. Additionally, proficiency in multiple languages and the ability to work across diverse cultures are highly valued. This position falls under the Exports department and requires a minimum age of 38+. The work location is Noida, and the job type is Full-time, Permanent. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
