Openings for the Position of Export Sales with our Organization Job Title: National Export Sales Executive - Steel Pipes and Tubes Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic National Export Sales Executive to drive the export sales of steel pipes and tubes. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to increase our presence in international markets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth export process from order to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new international markets for steel pipes and tubes. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key decision-makers globally. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company standards. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. Oversee all export documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping instructions. Provide technical support to clients, advising on product specifications and best uses. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. Report regularly on sales activities, progress towards targets, and emerging opportunities. Manage after-sales service, handling customer queries and resolving any issues promptly. Travel as required to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the steel industry. Strong knowledge of steel pipes and tubes products, export procedures, and international trade regulations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
