Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Siliguri for an Export Sales Manager. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies, managing international sales and business activities, and fostering relationships with international clients. Daily tasks include business planning, coordinating with logistics and production teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tea Export, International Sales, and International Business
• Strong Sales and Business Planning skills
• Proven ability to manage and grow international client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Siliguri
• Experience in the tea industry or a related field is a plus
