Job Purpose

To drive and expand the company's global footprint by developing international markets, managing export sales operations, and building strong distributor/partner relationships in the ceramic industry. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

1. Develop and implement strategies to expand international sales and market share for ceramic products.

2. Identify and evaluate new markets, clients, distributors, and business partners across different geographies.

3. Conduct market research on global ceramic trends, pricing, competitors, and customer preferences.

4. Achieve export sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth from assigned territories.

Client & Distributor Management

1. Build and maintain strong business relationships with international distributors, importers, project developers, and retailers.

2. Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with overseas clients.

3. Provide product knowledge, marketing support, and after-sales service to international partners.

Coordination & Reporting

1. Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders.

2. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote the brand.

3. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management.

5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple regions and countries.

8. Language skills (foreign languages such as Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or French will be an advantage)

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelors / Masters degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field.

6-10 years of experience in export sales / international business (ceramic, building materials, or construction industry preferred).

3. Knowledge of export-import policies, INCO terms, and global logistics.

4. Experience in handling overseas clients and achieving export sales targets.
