Export Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving international sales, developing relationships with customers worldwide, and ensuring the successful export of chemical products. Your strong sales skills, market knowledge, and understanding of export processes and logistics will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and generate sales in international markets for chemical products. - Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities. Develop strategies to enter new regions or expand market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Ensure all necessary export documentation (invoices, shipping documents, customs paperwork) is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws. - Oversee the order process from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and resolving any issues that arise during the export process. - Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth transportation of products, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's chemical products and their applications to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations. Qualifications: - Graduation is a must. - 1-3 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, with a focus on international/export sales. - Good English is required. - Good understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics. - Good negotiation and communication skills. - Familiarity with the chemical industry, including product specifications, applications, and market trends.,
